Before we begin, I’ll send you some thoughtful questions and info to help guide our sessions. This gives us a solid foundation to work from.
Each week, we’ll meet over Zoom at a time that works for you. We’ll dive into the focus of the week, explore what’s coming up for you, and work through it together.
